At Anya's Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
